Behind the Scenes at NBCUniversal: Employee Appreciation Day Headshot Marathon
Last week, we had the awesome opportunity to set up a professional headshot studio on-site at NBCUniversal’s massive Englewood Cliffs, NJ campus for their Employee Appreciation Day—and what a day it was!
NBCUniversal scheduled 100 corporate headshots with time slots booked every three minutes. Thanks to our experience running high-volume headshot sessions, we came fully prepped with scheduling software, two rockstar assistants, and a streamlined setup that kept everything flowing smoothly—even with walk-ins popping in throughout the day.
From tech staff to C-suite executives, and even employees dashing over mid-broadcast (yes, some literally ran to the shoot while they were on air!), we photographed every type of employee. The energy was electric, and despite the fast pace, we stayed on schedule and kept the vibe fun and professional.
We even extended our coverage into the night for the overnight shift, making sure no one missed out. Everyone left with a polished, high-quality headshot that reflects their best professional self.
Big thanks to NBCUniversal for trusting us to deliver a seamless, studio-quality experience right at their office. We loved the energy, the people, and the challenge—and judging by the smiles, the feeling was mutual.
We regularly set up on-location corporate headshot studios across the NYC tri-state area—so if your company has an upcoming event, we’ve got you covered.
